Judy Cline

Vice President

Judy Cline, Vice President, grew up in Fruitland, New Mexico at the Fruitland Trading Post. Her grandfather, Eli Rufus Cline, became involved with the trading post in the early 1900's. Eli had previously owned a bakery in Farmington, New Mexico until it caught fire in 1910. Once he moved to Fruitland, he and the trading post became known to the Navajos as Bah Dil 'Lid (or Burnt Bread), and that area of Fruitland is often referred to as Burnt Bread to this day. The Clines sold the post in 1970. Judy returned to the area after graduating from UNM in 1963 and working for the CIA until her retirement in 1991.
